Look for red-shouldered hawks in deciduous woodland, often near swamps and rivers.

There weight is up to 774g,and there wingspan is 94-111cm.

There main diet is small mammals, lizard's, snakes, and amphibians.

A clutch is made of 2-5 eggs.
